Come to this house and gaze over the sea towards Snowdon.
Come and make soup and break bread with us.
Come to an island on the edge of time
And watch the play of light and dark as Phoebus dips in the west.

Will you heed the ravens' call?

                Make music
                         Dance freely
                                    Sing songs 
                                             Explore creatively
                                     Enjoy nature
                         Dream dreams
              Cook communally
                          Breathe deeply
                                     Listen mindfully
                                                 Be in silence

As busy therapists, Sarah and Susan recognised their need to take time out. Not only for rest and recuperation but to enjoy the rich community of sharing time with like-minded souls. Susan and Sarah offer to facilitate this retreat once a year on an ‘at cost’ basis.

Being at Hirfron

I would like to return to that place
      where time feels outside time

To sense the earth’s pulse 
      beneath my naked feet
To send and receive energy 
      through my fingertips to the sky
To sit by the fireside 
      sharing songs and stories
To draw to play to dance 
      to laugh to cry
To walk that wild coast 
      and gaze again into the sacred well, 
            high on the headland.
To touch it’s stillness, 
      connecting back through time,
            drawing sustenance for my creative soul.
